UK Patent Granted
Hurst Green Plastics Ltd recently had the UK patent granted for the use of electronic tags, including RFID tags, for the assessment of the status of parts bins or stack of parts bins, such as their TwinBin and FlagBin fastener management systems.
Network Eidetics UK Ltd has been working together with Hurst Green Plastics Ltd to develop FlagBin Live, a stock control system utilising RFID technology. FlagBin Live's semi automated and fully automated solutions allow for local or remote stock monitoring, minimising or even removing the requirement of manual intervention.
Network Eidetics UK Ltd has been working together with Hurst Green Plastics Ltd to develop FlagBin Live. By using RFID technology, these semi automated and fully automated systems reduce, or eliminate, the amount of manual intervention required in stock control.

FlagBinLive.com launched
Network Eidetics UK Ltd have unveiled a new website, FlagBinLive.com, for their recently launched FlagBin Live stock management system, developed in partnership with Hurst Green Plastics Ltd.
FlagBinLive.com is a pay as you go service that allows users to gain visibility of their stock in one easy to use and secure online system. Authorised personnel, suppliers and customers alike can login to the system and see what, and where, stock needs replenishing. FlagBin Live supports a number of ways to enter data into the system; manual, semi automated and fully automated. The different methods can be combined in any way to suit your requirements. Our semi automated and fully automated solutions use RFID technology to reduce, or eliminate, the amount of manual intervention required.
Chris Richards of FlagBin Live said: “by increasing the visibility of their stock, our customers are able to reduce the costs involved in the management of small parts, rivets and fasteners.”
